TrussLox LLC Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy 

All Product returns must be completed within Six (6) months of Original Invoice Date and will require prior authorization from TrussLox LLC. Products must be returned in the original and saleable TrussLox Product packaging. Contact TrussLox LLC Headquarters to obtain an RMA number and RMA Form by emailing request to: info(at)TrussLox.com. The TrussLox RMA number must appear legibility on all outer packing labels. All product returns are subject to a Restocking Fee of 20% of the original invoice for Product cost only. Any Sales Representative Commission monies paid by TrussLox LLC to Representative for Products sold to the Customer will be deducted from Representative’s next commission payment. Original Product shipping or freight costs will not be refunded. All Pre-Paid Return Shipment of Product to the TrussLox warehouse, and all costs associated with the return will be the responsibility of the Customer. Any shipping costs, damages, lost product, insurance, tariffs, taxes and/or fees associated with the TrussLox LLC RMA will be the Customer’s responsibility. Should any product be missing or damaged during shipment, Customer should file a claim to their carrier immediately. All returns will be subject to inspection. Any discrepancy upon receiving the shipment into the TrussLox LLC warehouse, including wrong items, damaged packaging or missing items will be reported via email to the Customer and, if warranted, their Representative, and the Product value deducted from the total credit. All Product returns will be shipped pre-paid by Customer to the TrussLox Warehouse within Five (5) business days upon Customer receiving RMA Number. Incomplete or unauthorized returns without an RMA will be refused by TrussLox LLC Warehouse Personnel.


No Returns will be accepted without a valid TrussLox RMA number!
